We attended Verina hypnobirth classes, they were well structured and provided us with theory and practice space to prepare for the birth as well as an in-depth understanding of the birthing body.
Verina became our doula, she was a huge support to both of us during our birth. she provided advice, reassurance, practical support and was a familiar hand to hold throughout the process.
I enjoyed the birthing experience.
