I used Verina for hypnoborthing classes, more so to educate my husband in what my choices were and why I wanted to birth the way I did. I found her classes were comfortable, small and led by the needs of me and the other couple that were present and most importantly extremely evidence based and informative for my husband. I would recommend her wholeheartedly. Post birthing I also used her knowledge about breastfeeding and homeopathy when I struggled with recurrent mastitis, I’m more than certain this helped me get on top of avoiding it after the second time that I got mastitis. She is a warm, approachable and knowledgable individual. She is clearly passionate about giving women and their families information and empowering them to make choices they want. She presents them information that is logical not based in fear but evidence .
